Knuckle Repair This
connecting rod/knuckle assembly was removed
from the press with it's knuckle end
completely sheared off. We machined
off the excess material and prepared a joint
for brazing on this ID
threaded, cast iron component. We
purchased, prepared, and brazed a solid
round cast iron piece of stock onto the

Crane
Cable Drum Repair This cable
drum came to us with it's driven end
completely shot. After welding and
normalizing it was placed on our mill table
and new centers were located and machined
into it's ends. It was then put into
our Niles lathe and the welded diameters were
returned to their OEM specifications......
